- Led team of planners, engineers and landscape architects in
developing new geographic and service markets for company. Efforts
led to the opening of a Lexington, KY office and the entering of new
housing markets that generated $6 million in revenue (1999-2005).
- Achieved stable and consistent revenue growth (11% per year) while
averaging 12% profit on gross revenues.
- Served as Project Manager for several community planning projects

Directed the design and public relations efforts for the rezoning
and development of over 6,000 acres of residential and commercial
properties across middle Tennessee, including:
- Franklin Commons (I-65 @ Carothers Road) – Planned, rezoned and
developed 600+ acres of commercial, office, warehouse and MF

- Melrose Shopping Center (I-65 @ Franklin Road) Planned, rezoned
and developed Kroger shopping center and outlots (Nashville, TN)
- Kroger Shopping Centers and Shops (various locations in Nashville)
– Planned, rezoned and developed Kroger stores and in-line shops
Achieved revenue growth of 15% per year and 20% profit margin
Planning Associate (1986 -1989)
Assisted in the development of plans and rezoning efforts for
several large scale development projects across middle Tennessee,
including:
- Foxland Hall (Nashville Pike at Cages Bend Road) – Planned and
assisted in rezoning of mixed use development (Gallatin, TN)
- Mt. Juliet Mall (I-40 @ Mt. Juliet Road North) – Planned and
rezoned 200 acre site for regional mall and 500K square feet of outparcel development
